How will I receive my payment?
Payments are made securely through Booking Vanuatu. Once a customer completes a booking, your earnings are recorded in your vendor account. Payments can be transfered to your bank account or on your M-Vatu or MyCash wallet depending on the payment option you choose. Clear payment records and reports are available in your dashboard for transparency and easy tracking
How do I upload products?
After creating and logging into your Booking Vanuatu vendor account, simply go to your dashboard and select “Add Listing” or “Add Product.” Fill in your service details (accommodation, tour, transport, or experience), upload photos, set prices and availability, then submit for review. Once approved, your listing will be live and ready to receive bookings. Or we can do it on your behalf.
How do I update or extend my availabilities?
Log in to your Booking Vanuatu vendor dashboard and open the listing you want to manage. From there, you can easily edit your availability calendar, add new dates, extend existing availability, or block out unavailable periods. All changes are saved instantly and reflected on your live listing so customers always see up-to-date availability.
How do I increase conversion rate?
You can improve your conversion rate by keeping your listings complete, clear, and attractive. Use high-quality photos, write simple and honest descriptions, set competitive prices, and keep your availability up to date. Respond quickly to inquiries, offer clear inclusions, and maintain good reviews—these build trust and encourage more customers to book.
